        1. UN38.3 Test Purpose

        Standardize the operation of test items in Section 38.3 of the Fifth Revision of the Recommendation on the Transport of Dangerous Goods to ensure test accuracy and safety.

        This regulation is applicable to primary batteries, secondary batteries, batteries, and battery packs used as power sources in products (test purposes, test methods and judgment standards).
